Brookhouse Gas are open as normal throughout the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic including during any lockdown period for boiler installations, servicing, breakdowns and emergency call outs.
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we are operating with Coronavirus (COVID-19) secured measures in place.
We will be working with you to minimise contact between you and our staff including pre-visit calls, isolated working spaces and limited face to face interactions.
All staff are provided with and are actively using full PPE kit including facemasks, cloves and sanitisers.
Daily temperature and wellbeing checks are completed on all staff to ensure we are safe to work with you.

Brookhouse Gas is almost entering its 20th year in business. Founded by Nick and Donna Woodward.
Nick has over 40 year’s experience in the gas industry, having completed an apprenticeship with British Gas straight from school.
Brookhouse Gas is a professional family business serving the local community.
The companies aim from the beginning was to deliver a first class service to our customers. We believe now in 2022 we are maintaining our promise, by continuing to provide the highest level of customer service.
2022 will see the continued training of our 3 local apprentices. We pride ourselves on our apprenticeship scheme and employing local people.
Currently we have 11 service, repair and installation engineers, with an age range from 16, our youngest apprentice, to 62, our highly experienced service and repair engineer, all backed up by our friendly office team.
With the challenges we all are facing in 2022 regarding increased utility bills, and household costs, all the Worcester boilers we install are guaranteed until 2032 or 2034, parts and labour included (subject to an annual service yearly). We also offer service plans for protection of your whole heating system, giving you total peace of mind and protection from unexpected bills.
Brookhouse Gas will help, by advising you on what features, and products are available, to help to reduce your heating costs, from the most efficient home heating controls to specific room timed zone controls.
